Very friendly staff and accomodating all the way from entrance. Very helpful and responsive when called upon to assist. Very comfortable rooms and clean. Accessibility for people with town errands. Enjoyed my stay.

Tivoli is a great place because it's clean and the staff are really helpful and very central so it was super easy to get around. Bus stations, shopping malls and restaurants all within walking distance.

Warm welcome and friendly staff. They were always helpful and made us feel comfortable. The hotel was also very central and close to the bus station, shops and restaurants.

Every one at the hotel is welcoming right from the security at the entrance to those serving food . And thanks to the Old staff in the restaurant “ you really nailed “. The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk , I have no words to describe you but just keep it up .

The hotel is situated in the business center of Maputo, through the day time it is pretty hectic, though after 6pm, you will not find much people walking around. The hotel itself was quite empty ( covid19 times) and the service was well done and aligned with the required measures for covid19.
